International law firm Brown Rudnick LLP will participate in the Lawyers for Civil Rights (LCR) BizGrow Conference on July 22, 2021. The BizGrow Conference provides free legal assistance, business support, and technical assistance to minority, immigrant, and women business owners. During this event, Brown Rudnick together with nearly two dozen other law firms and corporate sponsors will provide over 300 entrepreneurs with free legal consultations and technical assistance. 

This year, 17 Brown Rudnick lawyers will participate in the conference by advising small business owners and presenting legal information webinars. Thomas Meyers, Samuel Williams and Alvin B. Carter III of Brown Rudnick’s Corporate & Capital Markets Department will present the “Raising New Business Capital” workshop. Shari Dwoskin of Brown Rudnick’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Practice Group will present the “Exit Strategies and Winding Down Your Business” workshop. Matthew Kinell, Samuel Toomey, Justin Masterman, Adamantia Giannakis, Maureen Sweeney, Jonathan Nye, Tia Chatterjee Wallach, Robert Tosti, Korey Wilson, Dean Ramanathan, Matthew York, Robert Ruh, and Zachary Hyde will provide free legal consultations for small business owners.
