As one of 118 leading law firms to achieve Mansfield Rule 4.0 Certification, Brown Rudnick demonstrates a steadfast commitment to increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession.

The firm signed on for Mansfield Rule 4.0 in July 2020, renewing its commitment to participate in the Diversity Lab Mansfield Rule certification process which measures whether law firms have affirmatively considered at least 30 percent women, underrepresented racial/ethnic groups, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities for leadership and governance roles, promotions to partner, formal client pitch opportunities, and senior lateral positions.
