Alvin B. Carter III, an associate in Brown Rudnick's Corporate Practice Group, was profiled in Boston Bar Association's (BBA) Spotlight Series "Get to Know Boston's Rising Stars." In the article, Carter discussed his practice, advice for new lawyers, his own inspirations for becoming a lawyer, and his involvement with the KIND Mentorship Program.

Carter advises private and public company clients in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including debt and equity financings, corporate governance, entity formation, asset assignments, and state and federal securities compliance. He was named a "Top 40 under 40" by the National Black Lawyers and he was named to Lawyers of Color's "Hot List 2020."
