Sustainability matters to us, our clients and our communities

Driven by a real desire to effect positive change, our team has advised some of the world’s leading impact investors and we are committed to accelerating the shift towards impact investing.

It is now widely accepted that impact investments deliver financially and that they are more resilient, but there are still no clear standards for investors. To overcome this challenge, we provide clients with advice that is tailored to their specific impact requirements, as well as best practice in the field. No two funds are the same and so it is key to ensure that what matters to them is reflected in the investment documents, as well as commercial agreements that they enter into when they make investments.

We have worked with some of the leading impact investors, family offices, philanthropists, non-profits, high growth companies and global corporations on their impact investment deals. We are proud to have supported clients in a number of areas including healthcare and wellness, energy and climate change, and education, amongst others.
