Litigation & Arbitration


Richard Darst is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Richard was a Summer Associate with the Firm and a Legal Intern at Hirsch Roberts Weinstein. Richard also successfully completed positions as a Law Clerk at Thornton Law LLP, and a Judicial Intern at the U.S. District Court of District of Massachusetts with the Honorable Donald L. Cabell. Prior to law school, Richard worked as a paralegal at a boutique litigation firm in Boston.

During his third year of law school, Richard participated in the Volunteer Lawyers Project Housing Court Clinic, where he assisted low-income tenants facing eviction in Boston's Eastern Housing Court.
