Renauld Clarke is the Firm's Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. In this role, Renauld collaborates with the various departments of the Firm to develop and implement global strategies to recruit, retain and advance the careers of women, disabled professionals, LGBT+ and diverse professionals at the Firm and in the legal profession generally. Renauld also assesses and monitors Firm policies and with an eye toward maintaining an equitable and inclusive workplace.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Renauld managed and developed diversity and inclusion programming at a global law firm in New York for more than five years. He also served as in-house counsel and consultant at a diversity and inclusion consulting firm, where he designed and facilitated inclusion-related workshops for law firms, corporations and municipal organizations. Renauld earned his B.A. and J.D. from Vanderbilt University.
