Litigation & Arbitration


Meredith McCaffrey is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Meredith was a Summer Associate with the Firm and worked on general litigation, restructuring, corporate, and pro bono matters. Previously she was a Law Clerk to the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Western District of New York.

While at Boston College Law School, she was a student attorney with the Compassionate Release and Lifer Parole Clinic where she represented clients at parole hearings before the Massachusetts Parole Board and clients seeking medical release from prison. Meredith was also staff writer and senior editor of the Boston College Law Review.
