Marek Krzyzowski has 15 years of experience handling complex legal and strategic issues on behalf of clients at every stage of the dispute resolution process, from pre-litigation counseling, initiation of suit, motion practice and trial through multiple levels of appeal. He now focuses his practice on written advocacy and complex litigation strategy on behalf of clients engaged in multi-jurisdiction litigations in forums in the United States and overseas. 

With broad experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides, Marek’s areas of practice have included commercial litigation, fraudulent transfer, cross-border insolvency, corporate risk evaluation, securities fraud, antitrust, trade secrets, internal investigation, constitutional law and cy pres, on behalf of clients ranging from prominent individuals to bankruptcy fiduciaries to high-profile corporations.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Marek served as a staff member in the United States House of Representatives and was an associate in a preeminent litigation practice in New York City.
