Lucy Hartland is an Associate in the Special Situations, Distressed Debt & Trading Practice Group.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick as an Associate, Lucy was a Trainee Solicitor with the Firm. Prior to joining the Firm, Lucy worked for an oil & gas contractor assisting in the tendering process for and negotiation of high value oil and gas construction contracts in Europe.


Real Estate Finance / SS&T

Acted for Queensgate Investments on its c. £1 billion acquisition of four central London hotels from the Grange Hotels group and leasing to the Fattal Group.

Acted for Queensgate Investments on its sale of London Executive Offices, a serviced office business, to a family office for £475 million.


Represented a West African Government (Ministry of Finance) and a wholly owned national airline company in connection with debt restructuring and operational restructuring, with a view to future privatisation/recapitalisation.
