Lisa Okragly is an Associate in the Firm's Tax Practice Group. She has experience working on a range of tax matters involving corporate transactions, mergers, equity and debt offerings, partnership and LLC agreements, estate and gift taxes, leases, and international taxation.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Lisa worked as an associate for a major international law firm handling various corporate and partnership tax issues. She was also an associate and auditor for Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. where she was selected to participate in the executive leadership program.

Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

While at New York University School of Law, Lisa was a staff editor and executive editor for the Journal of Law & Business and was a Robert McKay Scholar.
