Litigation & Arbitration


Jonathan White is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group. His practice covers securities litigation, commercial litigation, legal malpractice litigation, government investigations, including SEC enforcement actions, and appellate work.

Jonathan has experience advising global companies and their officers and directors, focusing on securities litigation, compliance counseling, and inquiries by the DOJ, SEC, and other governmental agencies and self-regulatory organizations. He also advised companies in connection with FCPA diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other investments in jurisdictions with high corruption risk and works with clients to implement effective post-acquisition compliance programs.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Jonathan was a litigation associate at a preeminent law firm, representing global corporations, law firms, financial institutions, and select individuals in litigation and appeals, as well as before government and regulatory bodies.
