Litigation & Arbitration


Jessica Lu represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract and business disputes, intellectual property rights, real estate disputes, and employment matters. She also has experience with complex financial and restructuring-related disputes and SEC enforcement actions. Jessica’s practice encompasses all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy and counseling through trial and appeal, in both state and federal court.

Jessica serves as a Co-Chair of the Firm’s Diverse Attorneys Working Network and as a member of the Firm’s Women’s Initiative.



Represented iconic 250-year-old brand in enforcing and protecting its extensive trademark portfolio, including winning a trademark trial before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board on ground of likelihood of confusion.

Represented Fortune 500 company in Massachusetts gaming regulatory litigation.

Represented software developer on appeal in copyright dispute with its largest competitor.

Represented national consumer research company in multimillion-dollar litigation involving ratings tampering allegations against a popular radio personality.

Represented national loan servicer in a trademark infringement action, including successfully obtaining preliminary injunctive relief.

Represented biotech company in patent infringement matter involving life sciences patent rights, resulting in favorable settlement.
