Litigation & Arbitration

Arjun Sivakumar is an Associate in the Firm's Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group and is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Diverse Attorneys Working Network.

Arjun handles all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts, including but not limited to drafting complaints and responsive pleadings, taking and defending depositions, managing written discovery, reviewing produced evidence, drafting and arguing dismissal and summary judgment motions, preparing for trial, and appellate briefing and argument. He has played a key role in several complex litigation matters from start to finish, producing excellent results for his clients. Arjun always aims to resolve matters through negotiations with opposing counsel, allowing his clients to avoid the expense and delay of unnecessary litigation.

Arjun serves on the Diversity Committee for the Orange County Bar Association. Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Arjun interned for the Honorable Robert Freedberg of the Superior Court in his home state of Pennsylvania and served as the legal and development programs coordinator for Open Mind Company, an international nonprofit organization working to bridge the information gap in Africa and Asia. At Columbia Law School, Arjun was the editor-in-chief of the Columbia Journal of Tax Law.
