Litigation & Arbitration


Anne-Charlotte Augustin is an Associate in the Firm's Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group.

Anne-Charlotte specialises in commercial arbitration and commercial litigation. She has advised and represented clients in various countries, mainly under the ICC Rules (International Chamber of Commerce) and DIAC (Dubai International Arbitration Centre). Her practice has a particular focus on oil and gas, construction and aerospace disputes, as well as disputes among shareholders.

After graduating from Duke University School of Law and Paris Nanterre University Law School, Anne-Charlotte was admitted to the New York Bar and the Paris Bar in 2014 and 2016, respectively.

Before joining Brown Rudnick, Anne-Charlotte completed several internships in various firms specialising in commercial and investment arbitration during which she assisted clients in their compliance issues, commercial litigation, commercial arbitrationparticularly in the energy and construction sectorand investment arbitration.

Anne-Charlotte’s native language is French and she is fluent in English.
