Andrew Baker is an Associate in the Firm's Special Situations, Distressed Debt & Trading Practice Group.

Andrew’s practice focuses on advising clients in a range of finance-related transactions, including corporate lending, real estate financial transactions, leveraged and acquisition finance, debt capital markets and securitisation. Andrew’s clients have included FTSE and Fortune 500 companies, large investment banks, hedge funds, and other major financial institutions.

In addition to his transactional work, Andrew also has extensive experience advising clients in finance-related regulatory matters in the UK.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Andrew was a finance associate at Slaughter and May in London.
