Client funds received by us are held in an instant access general client account on your behalf. Our bank does not pay interest on such account and therefore it is our policy not to credit you with any interest on moneys that we may hold on your behalf.
There may be exceptional occasions where client funds will be held by us in a designated client account set up specifically for an individual client and with that client's prior knowledge and agreement. In those circumstances, we will account to the client for all the interest earned on that account (net of any tax deducted at source), save where such interest does not exceed £50 in total for the full period during which we hold the money on such designated client account.
