Shari Dwoskin to Speak at ABI’s 2021 Northeast Virtual Bankruptcy Conference & Consumer Forum

Shari Dwoskin, a lawyer in Brown Rudnick’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Practice Group, will be a featured speaker at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2021 Northeast Bankruptcy Conference & Consumer Forum. Shari will speak on the “Great Debates: The Circuit Split Edition" panel on July 15th.
Shari and her fellow panelists will debate whether “make-whole” claims constitute “unmatured interest” pursuant to Bankruptcy Code section 502(b)(2), among other topics. Shari represents official and ad hoc committees of unsecured and secured creditors and equity holders, trustees, bondholders, debtors, and other parties in both Chapter 11 restructurings and litigation arising from related disputes.
