One Year Later: The Impacts of COVID-19 on Bankruptcy and Restructuring

Shari Dwoskin, a senior associate in the Firm's Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Practice Group, was a featured speaker at the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) New England’s event “One Year Later: The Impacts of COVID-19 on Bankruptcy and Restructuring.” Shari was part of a panel focusing on retail, supply chain, real estate, the effects of the CARES Act, and valuation and cash flow issues. The virtual event was held on February 23rd.
Shari represents unsecured creditors’ committees, ad hoc committees of secured creditors, bondholders, and equity interest holders in Chapter 11 restructurings and litigation arising from related disputes, as well as out-of-court restructurings. Shari serves as co-chair of the IWIRC New England Board of Directors.
