Neil Foster, Brown Rudnick Partner in the Firm's Corporate Practice Group and Chair of the Technology Group, will be a featured speaker at the University of California, San Francisco Rosenman Institute’s event “Cross-Border Deals: A Guide to Cross-Border Deal Execution for High Growth Healthtech Companies” at 1:00 PM PT on April 13th.

Neil will discuss how even during a pandemic, technology and markets are global and many companies are interested in exploring opportunities in different geographies. The talk will cover cross-border M&A, international equity raising, and cross-border intellectual property licensing. Neil’s practice includes mergers & acquisitions, venture capital & private equity, and corporate finance. His principal sector experience is in the areas of technology and telecommunications, media and entertainment, life sciences, and energy technology.
