Jane Colston, a Brown Rudnick Litigation Partner, will be a featured speaker during the “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Insolvency and Restructuring Profession” webinar hosted by INSOL Academic Group, INSOL Asia Hub and SGRI (SMU). The event takes place 4 May 2021 at 1.00 pm BST.

The panelists will discuss the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the insolvency and restructuring profession. The event will start by analysing how the increasing use of AI is reshaping the legal industry and the way to deal with financial distress. It will then explore how lawyers, judges and insolvency practitioners can deploy AI and data analytics tools to manage insolvency proceedings. The panel will conclude by analysing the challenges and opportunities of AI in the insolvency and restructuring industry. Jane was the co-author of INSOL’s 2019 Special Report on The Role of AI and Technology in Global bankruptcy and Restructuring Practices.
