Ian Corfield, Partner, Restructuring Advisory, FRP Advisory
Ian is a Partner in FRP’s Restructuring Advisory team with a specific focus on the debt fund marketplace.  He has 30 years’ experience across a wide variety of asset classes gained predominantly at a Big Four firm.  Prior to joining FRP Ian spent five years broadening his professional insight, firstly as head of hotel debt advisory for a leading global real estate consultancy and latterly was responsible for European debt opportunities for a US headquartered debt fund. Ian has previously advised on many hospitality situations and has also accepted insolvency appointments over the Hilton Manchester, the Scotsman Group and La Tasca Restaurants.

Pierpaolo Iasci, Managing Director, Société Générale
Pierpaolo runs the UK Real Estate finance desk at Societe Generale in London, and is responsible for the origination and structuring of commercial real estate loans. He joined SG in 2011 in the loan syndicate desk with responsibility for the distribution of CRE loans across Europe. Previously, Pierpaolo worked at Cairn Capital where he advised key PERE borrowers in restructuring CRE loans and CMBS transactions. Before Cairn, Pierpaolo spent a large part of his career working in various capacities at Lehman Brothers where he was most recently a Director in the European CRE loan syndication desk. Pierpaolo has vast experience in real estate finance having originated, underwritten and distributed more than $10bn in real estate loans. He holds an MBA in Finance from New York University - Stern School of Business and he is a CFA charterholder.

Tuvi Keinan, Partner, Head of Special Situations & Real Estate Finance, Brown Rudnick
Tuvi Keinan is the Global Head of the Brown Rudnick's Special Situations Practice and a Senior Partner of the European Real Estate Finance Practice. Tuvi represents mid teens IRR driven capital of large international funds, family offices, and developers that invest in equity or finance real estate. Tuvi focuses on the whole debt and equity capital stack, structuring complex Opco/Propco portfolio deals, predominantly in western Europe. The team delivers billions worth of innovative hospitality deals, adding commercial value to its clients in every deal.

Nick Vasquez, Partner, Co-chair of the Hospitality Group, Brown Rudnick (Moderator)
Nick Vasquez is a partner in Brown Rudnick's International Corporate Group, focusing on UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital & emerging companies, and commercial matters. Nick has a wealth of experience in real estate private equity transactions, particularly in the hospitality industry, where he leads acquisitions and disposals of hotel and other commercial real estate portfolios, in addition to handling negotiations on franchise and management agreements. Nick's wide ranging career also includes private equity fund formation, debt finance and insolvency & restructuring experience.
