Alvin B. Carter III, a lawyer in Brown Rudnick's Corporate Practice Group, will be a moderator and speaker at the Boston Bar Association (BBA) Summer Associate virtual event “Navigating the Virtual and Hybrid Firm” on Tuesday, July 27th at 12:00 pm ET. The event will be a roundtable discussion on how to navigate the virtual or hybrid law firm and make the most out of the summer associate experience. The program will cover staying engaged and motivated in a remote or hybrid environment, having an effective virtual presence, and connecting within the firm.

Alvin was recently named incoming Co-Chair of the BBA’s New Lawyers Forum, which prepares new attorneys to successfully meet the challenges of practicing law through networking and community outreach. In addition, Alvin was highlighted in BBA’s Spotlight Series "Get to Know Boston's Rising Stars." Alvin advises private and public company clients in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate governance, entity formation, asset assignments, and state and federal securities compliance.
