The group represents emerging and mature private companies and public companies, with a focus on middle market companies, as well as investment funds and their portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have ample general corporate transactional experience, including with mergers and acquisitions, and working experience in securities law reporting, compliance and corporate governance matters.
