Kletter, Anthony Boccamazzo, and Kelsey Bond co-authored the article “Brown Rudnick’s M&A Litigation Team’s Court Victory Highlights When Buyers Can Pursue Indemnification Claims That Potentially Overlap with Net Working Capital Claims,” published by the Connecticut Law Tribune as part of the 2021 Connecticut Legal Awards announcement.

Mark and Dylan, Partners in Brown Rudnick’s Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group and co-leaders of the Firm’s M&A and Private Equity litigation team, were named Connecticut Law Tribune’s 2021 Litigation Department of the Year: Business/Commercial Litigation. In the article published in May 2021, the lawyers discuss a notable court decision that they achieved that “provides important guidance to buyers and sellers to determine whether a subsequent indemnification claim can proceed if it potentially overlaps with a claim that could have been brought as part of a net working capital true up process.”
