Our efforts are led by Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Partners, Jane Colston and Chelsea Mullarney, with Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Renauld G. Clarke. Collectively, this team advises the firm on how best to identify and address implicit biases, increase the opportunities for people of color, women, disabled professionals, LGBT+ and other professionals from diverse backgrounds to join the firm and advance at all levels, and create a more inclusive work environment for all employees of the firm.
