Brown Rudnick Ranked as a Top Firm Nationwide for Associate Benefits and Lifestyle by Chambers Associate
PUBLISHED ON: 06/21/2018
Brown Rudnick is pleased to announce that it has been named as a national leader in associate benefits and lifestyle for 2018 by Chambers Associate in its annual Associate Benefits and Lifestyle Survey.
Based on anonymous feedback provided to Chambers Associate by associates from each firm, the Benefits and Lifestyle Survey weighs the perks and the demands of life in Big Law in order to assess which firms offer associates the best work-life balance. The survey asks associates to rate their firms based on factors such as the bonus they receive against the market, the whole benefits package they receive, the travel opportunities available to them, their ability to take vacation on their own terms, and their work-life balance/scope for flexible working.
The strongest performing firms are named to Chambers Associate's Annual Leaderboard for Associate Benefits and Lifestyle, and the strength of Brown Rudnick's results catapulted it onto this year's list.
"We are ecstatic to hear that our associates have helped us rank among the top firms nationally for work-life balance. From day one of their summer associateships, Brown Rudnick lawyers are tasked with meeting the most challenging client demands and solving the most complicated legal questions. We support our associates at every step along the way by providing them with benefits aimed at promoting their development," said Heather Cannady, Brown Rudnick's Director of Legal Recruitment.
Brown Rudnick is proud to offer its attorneys a market-leading set of benefits which includes paid continuing education benefits for practical training; a 2018 "best in class" technology stipend, which allows attorneys to stay connected to their colleagues and clients; market-leading adoption and childcare benefits; support for new parents via partnerships with organizations like Milk Stork and Mindful Return; and regular office socials to connect with partners and administrative staff.
"These benefits, and more, in addition to our generous compensation and bonus packages, give our associates the tools they need to focus on providing unmatched client service every day," said Cannady.
