NEW YORK, October 03, 2019 -- For the third year in a row, Brown Rudnick LLP has been recognized for its employee adoption benefits in the 2019 “Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces”  list, published by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. This is the 13th year the Foundation has acknowledged employers with the best adoption benefits in the United States. The criteria evaluated includes financial reimbursement and paid childcare leave given to adoptive parents. Brown Rudnick ranked 56 out of the top 100 U.S. companies to provide adoption benefits this year, and was also acknowledged for providing exceptional foster care benefits.

Brown Rudnick’s Adoption Benefits Policy provides reimbursements for adopted children for qualified adoption-related expenses to all employees globally. Due to tax credits and exclusions provided by the U.S. government, most companies that provide adoption benefits do so for U.S. employees only.

Brown Rudnick strongly believes that its community is stronger when its employees are able to pursue their professional and personal goals in life. In service of this belief, in addition to adoption benefits, the Firm has also established childcare leave policies for lawyers and administrative professionals that provide for paid leave for parental bonding after the birth, adoption or foster care placement of a child.

Brown Rudnick is proud to be distinguished as one of the Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces, and we are dedicated to continuing to support parents and children finding their forever homes.
