Brown Rudnick expands its Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring team with the appointment of Partner Ben Klinger

Brown Rudnick LLP is pleased to announce the expansion of its Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring team with the appointment of Ben Klinger as Partner.
Ben joins from Sidley Austin LLP. His practice focuses on cross-border and domestic reorganization, recovery and turnaround matters representing debtors, creditors and insolvency practitioners. He has extensive experience in relation to work-outs/restructurings of distressed structured transactions and large leveraged loans to multinational groups.
Ben is recognised for his in-depth understanding of security and insolvency law in relation to new commercial, structured and leveraged finance transactions. IFLR1000 named Ben as a 2017 Rising Star for Restructuring and Insolvency and The Legal 500 recommended Ben for Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency in 2014, with clients praising him for his ability to ‘’understand the economic, commercial and business points of a deal.’”
Ben’s arrival follows other senior appointments throughout Europe. Virginie Colaiuta recently joined the firm as a Partner in the International Arbitration team in London. The White Collar Defense & Government Investigations team has been bolstered by Anupreet Amole in London and Olivier Dorgans & Paul Charlot in Paris. Additionally, Agnes Abosi joins as Partner in the Cross Border/International Transactions and Finance Practice in London.
