Brown Rudnick Assists Client Queensgate Investments in Acquisition of Hotel Property in Washington, DC

WASHINGTON, DC - October 29, 2018 -- Brown Rudnick represented client Queensgate Investments in the acquisition of a 148-room hotel property in the bustling Dupont Circle area of Washington, DC. The property, currently a Courtyard by Marriott, will be rebranded in late 2019 under Queensgate's Generator brand, which Brown Rudnick helped the firm purchase last year.
Generator is one of the world's fastest growing lifestyle hospitality brands providing unique experience and design-led accommodation in the most central locations, with 15 assets across 14 cities in Europe and the U.S., including London, Dublin, Copenhagen, Venice, Barcelona, Paris, Amsterdam, Stockholm and Rome. In September 2018, Generator opened its first U.S. hotel on South Beach, Miami.
