Willie Bodrick II is a law clerk in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Willie was a summer associate with the Firm and worked on contract dispute, bankruptcy, white-collar, and transactional matters.

While at Northeastern University School of Law, Willie was a law clerk to the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and a judicial clerk intern to the Honorable Denise J. Casper, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He held multiple leadership positions in the Northeastern University Black Law Student Association. In addition, Willie worked as a legal intern in the Global Litigation Group of Vertex Pharmaceuticals.

Prior to law school, Willie served as the outreach coordinator in the Community Engagement Division of the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General Maura Healey.

Willie holds a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School and is senior pastor of the Historic Twelfth Baptist Church in Roxbury, Massachusetts.
