William T. Cushing is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s Corporate Practice Group in the Boston office.

Will represents public and private company clients in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and debt and equity financings. Will advises companies and investors throughout the corporate life cycle, including pre-incorporation planning and formation, venture capital financings and general corporate representation. Will represents clients in a variety of industries including life sciences, transportation, technology, blockchain, digital currency, private equity and venture capital.

While at Boston University School of Law, Will was an Executive Editor for the Review of Banking & Financial Law. Prior to law school, Will worked at Deloitte Tax LLP in Boston, MA in the private equity and real estate practice groups. Will is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Punchbowl, Inc. in connection with its Series B Financing.

Advised blockchain and FinTech companies on matters related to regulatory and securities laws.

Provide ongoing corporate and securities law compliance advice to Nasdaq-listed companies.

Represented multiple emerging growth companies in early stage corporate matters and venture financing transactions.
