Tim Matthews' practice focuses on public takeovers, mergers, acquisitions and sales, company reorganizations and LLP conversions. He acts for UK-listed, international and private companies particularly in the technology and life science sectors. His practice areas also cover UK corporate governance, business ethics and anti-corruption/bribery.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Tim was a partner in the London office of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP. Here he was involved in all aspects of corporate law, advice and major commercial contracts. He also has an active pro bono practice.

Cathedral Capital plc in relation to its £113 million takeover by Alchemy Partners and Management.

Microgen plc in relation to its takeover offers for MMT Computing plc and AFA Systems plc.
