Litigation & Arbitration


Steven Berlowitz is an associate in the Firm's Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group in the New York office.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Steven worked as a Litigation associate, representing a wide variety of clients in complex civil litigation matters in federal and state courts, in actions concerning breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and employment discrimination. He has experience in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, mediation and trial.

While at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Steven was Notes Editor for the Cardozo Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. He was an Alexander Fellow working for The Honorable Loretta A. Preska, U.S. District Court Judge for the Southern District of New York.
