Biography

Richard Darst is a Law Clerk in the Commercial Litigation practice group.

Prior to joining the firm, Richard was a summer associate at Brown Rudnick and a Legal Intern at Hirsch Roberts Weinstein. Richard also successfully completed positions as a Law Clerk at Thornton Law LLP, and a Judicial Intern at the U.S. District Court of District of Massachusetts with the Honorable Donald L. Cabell. Prior to law school, Richard worked as a paralegal at a boutique litigation firm in Boston.

During his third year of law school, Richard participated in the Volunteer Lawyers Project Housing Court Clinic, where he assisted low income tenants facing eviction in Boston's Eastern Housing Court.
