Richard Darst is an associate in the Commercial Litigation practice group.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Richard was a summer associate at the firm and a Legal Intern at Hirsch Roberts Weinstein. Richard also successfully completed positions as a Law Clerk at Thornton Law LLP, and a Judicial Intern at the U.S. District Court of District of Massachusetts with the Honorable Donald L. Cabell. Prior to law school, Richard worked as a paralegal at a boutique litigation firm in Boston.

During his third year of law school, Richard participated in the Volunteer Lawyers Project Housing Court Clinic, where he assisted low income tenants facing eviction in Boston's Eastern Housing Court.
