Biography

Peter Wozny is an associate in the International Corporate Group. 

He has experience in national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, corporate re-organisations and other general commercial matters. Peter' strong experience is in venture capital and private equity. He acts for companies at all stages of development, as well as investors and management teams.

In 2016, Peter was sent on a secondment to Queensgate Investments LLP, a real estate investment fund which manages and advises on global assets.

Peter is Trustee and Deputy Chairman of the charity LIFEbeat, working with disadvantaged young people across the UK.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, he worked in the Corporate & Capital Markets department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in both their London and Moscow offices.

Peter speaks English, Polish and Russian.

Advising Knowhere Limited (global news information source) on its recent flip to the US market and its subsequent investor fundraising.

Private Equity

Advising Queensgate LLP on the debt financing and subsequent syndication of its £260m acquisition of the Executive Offices Group serviced office portfolio in central London.

Advising Queensgate LLP on its purchase of the international Generator hostel portfolio for £450m.

Advising Karlin Real Estate Europe on their refinancing and group restructurings.
