Acted for Victoria P.L.C. on the £175 million investment in convertible redeemable preferred equity shares by Koch Equity Development LLC, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc.
Acted for N+1 Singer on the initial public offering and admission of the entire issued share capital of Verici DX Plc to trading on AIM, which raised approximately £14.5 million through a placing, U.S. subscription, and restricted offer to shareholders.
Acted for WANdisco plc, trading on AIM, in respect of a $25 million share placing via an accelerated bookbuild and subscription.
Acted for Nesta Impact Investments and Oxford Sciences Innovation in relation to their role as lead investors on the £7 million Series A financing of BibliU Limited, a U.K.-based digital learning platform.
Acted for Queensgate Investments in relation to their $400 million acquisition of Freehand Hotels, consisting of a portfolio of hotels in Manhattan, Miami Beach, Downtown Los Angeles, and Chicago.
Acted for RA Capital Management, LLC in relation to their role as lead investor on the £100 million Series B financing of Achilles Therapeutics UK Limited, a biopharmaceutical company developing personalized cancer immunotherapies.
Acted for Katsouris Brothers Limited, a Mediterranean food products business, on its £50 million sale to Cranswick plc.
