Nick Vasquez practises in the International Corporate Group, focusing on UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and emerging companies, and commercial matters. Nick has acted for private equity and real estate funds, family offices, and investors and founders in venture capital.

Nick leads on private equity M&A transactions for real estate and private equity funds, with a particular focus on the hospitality industry, as well as corporate transactions for family offices and technology companies.

Nick's career experience also includes private equity fund formation, debt finance and insolvency and restructuring. He spent a period practicing in New York on major cross-border corporate transactions.

Seed, Series A and later stage series venture capital finance rounds in tech and life sciences fields, representing both venture capital firms and founders.

Working with ad-hoc consortium of investors in the Co-Operative Bank PLC during negotiations on financial restructuring.

Acquisition of a UK software company by a US-based global health care company.
