Nick Vasquez is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group.
He focuses on U.K. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and emerging companies, and commercial matters. Nick leads on private equity M&A transactions for real estate and private equity funds, with a particular focus on the hospitality industry, as well as corporate transactions for family offices and technology companies. Nick's career experience also includes private equity fund formation, debt finance, and insolvency and restructuring.
He spent time practicing in New York on major cross-border corporate transactions.

Sale of London Executive Offices (LEO), a serviced office business, by Queensgate Investments to an Asian family office.
Acquisition of Generator, a global lifestyle hospitality group, for c.€450m, for a real estate private equity fund.
Acquisition of the Courtyard by Marriot hotel, Washington, D.C. for $54m.
Acquisition of Kensington Forum, a 900+ key London hotel for above £350m.
Acquisition of a large shopping centre in Germany on behalf of a family office for above €100m.
Acquisition of the hurricane-hit Riu St Martin resort in French Caribbean for Sole Resorts, the international hotels and resorts group.
Sale of a c.€315m stake in Geneba, a Dutch-listed real estate investment company focused on industrial real estate in Germany and the Netherlands, by a Canadian private equity firm to a Singapore-headquartered property company.

Seed, Series A and later stage series venture capital finance rounds in tech and life sciences fields, representing both venture capital firms and founders, including cross border investment by U.K. VC fund into German gym tech start-up.
