Nick Davies is an associate in the International Corporate Group in London, having successfully completed his role as a trainee solicitor at Brown Rudnick.

Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked as a paralegal at the Financial Conduct Authority.


Advising a global pharmaceutical company in respect of a corporate reorganisation and debt restructuring.

Acting for Intellum, Inc. in respect of a cross-border takeover of a UK based software development company.

Representing RA Capital Management, LLC in relation to an oversubscribed Series B financing of Achilles Therapeutics Limited, a biopharmaceutical company developing personalised cancer immunotherapies.

Acting for a private equity real estate fund in relation to the purchase of a portfolio of hotels in the United States.

Acting for the sellers on the sale of Katsouris Brothers Limited, a Mediterranean food products business, to Cranswick plc for over £50m.

Regularly advising some of the firm’s public and private company clients in relation to general corporate matters.
