Biography

Martha Baselga is an associate in Brown Rudnick's White Collar Defense & Government Investigations group. Martha is a dual-qualified lawyer: she originally qualified as a Lawyer (Abogado) in Spain following which she qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
 
Martha advises clients on complex criminal matters, extradition, and mutual legal assistance and has a special interest in cross-border investigations.

Martha represents individuals and corporates involved in bribery and corruption investigations and complex fraud investigations conducted by the Serious Fraud Office and other UK enforcement agencies.

Martha is a committee member of the British Spanish Law Association.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Martha was an associate at Kaim Todner Ltd where her main area of practice was extradition and criminal defence.
