Biography

Mark Hersey is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s London office and advises ‘IP rich’ technology, fintech, fashion, life science and e-commerce companies and brand owners on a range of intellectual property, technology and commercial law issues.

His practice comprises advisory, regulatory and contentious matters, including in relation to copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and data protection.
