Litigation & Arbitration


Marek Krzyzowski has a broad practice in complex litigation, with a particular emphasis on written advocacy in the trial and appellate courts. His experience includes a range of litigation and arbitration matters in venues throughout the United States and internationally, involving issues of bankruptcy law, fraudulent transfer and creditor recovery, antitrust law, securities and corporate law, charitable trust law, insurance law, and constitutional law.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Marek was an associate at a prestigious U.S. law firm. He also has served a committee staff member in the United States House of Representatives.
