Litigation & Arbitration


Léa Andouard is an associate in the Litigation practice group. Léa has experience in international arbitration and commercial litigation in disputes relating to construction contracts, joint-venture agreements and enforcement of arbitration awards.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Léa served as a trainee at a boutique law firm in Paris focussing on State immunities, asset tracing and enforcement of arbitration awards and foreign judgments.


Acting for a large Middle-Eastern company in a dispute concerning the breach of an exclusive agency agreement.

Acting for a large Middle-Eastern construction company in LCIA arbitration proceedings concerning the engineering, procurement and construction of a major oil and gas infrastructure.

Acting for a large Middle-Eastern Company operating in the catering services industry in the enforcement of an ICC award in England.

Representing a Subcontractor in ICC arbitration proceedings regarding the wrongful termination of a contract for the construction of a major oil refinery.
