Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring


Kenneth (Ken) Davis is counsel in the Firm's Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Practice Group. Ken has over 20 years of experience in corporate, litigation and restructuring matters, having represented debtors, creditors, lenders, distressed investors, official and unofficial creditors’ committees and post-confirmation liquidating trusts.

Ken spent the majority of his career in the Financial Restructuring Practice Group of a leading international law firm, and also served as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of a privately held company.   

Ken received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1995, where he was an editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. He attended Hobart College, graduating phi beta kappa, with majors in both Economics and Political Science.
