John Rubino is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s IP Litigation Group.

John focuses his practice on patent litigation. His intellectual property experience includes computer networking, telecommunications, and a variety of other technologies pertaining to hardware and software. John has handled complex patent disputes involving the public switched telephone network, VoIP, asynchronous transfer mode, circuit switching, interworking, broadband data transmission, near field communications, image recognition algorithms and barcode decoding algorithms.

Prior to Brown Rudnick, John was an associate at Kaye Scholer LLP.
