Litigation & Arbitration


Jill Forster is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s Commercial Litigation Group.

Jill represents a wide variety of clients in complex disputes, including matters related to breach of contract, commercial tort claims, bankruptcy law and antitrust law.  She has experience in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements and briefing appeals, and has appeared in state and federal courts.  
At New York University School of Law, Jill was a Staff Editor for the Journal of Law and Liberty and served as teaching assistant to Professor Barry Adler.
