Jessica Lu represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract and business disputes, intellectual property rights, real estate disputes, and employment matters. She also has experience with complex financial and restructuring-related disputes and SEC enforcement actions. Jessica’s practice encompasses all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy and counseling through trial and appeal, in both state and federal court.

Jessica serves as a Co-Chair of the Firm’s Diverse Attorneys Working Network and as a member of the Firm’s Women’s Initiative.

Represented national loan servicer in a trademark infringement action, including successfully obtaining preliminary injunctive relief

Represented biotech company in patent infringement matter involving life sciences patent rights, resulting in favorable settlement
