Jessica Lu represents clients in general commercial and intellectual property litigation, including patent, copyright, and trademark infringement, contract disputes, business torts, and employment issues. She also has experience with complex financial and restructuring-related disputes and SEC enforcement actions. Jessica’s practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including case strategy and analysis, motion practice, managing fact and expert discovery, taking and defending depositions, trial preparation, and appellate briefing in both state and federal court.

While at Boston College Law School, Jessica served as Articles Editor for the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review.


Represented national consumer research company in multi-million dollar litigation involving ratings tampering allegations against a popular radio personality

Representation of global luxury goods manufacturer in enforcing and protecting its extensive trademark portfolio, including before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board

Successfully obtained preliminary injunctive relief in a trademark infringement action on behalf of a national loan servicer

Represented biotech company in patent infringement matter involving gene sequencing patents, resulting in favorable settlement
