Biography

Jeffrey Huebschmann represents clients on commercial real estate matters with an emphasis on leasing, acquisition, financing and development of retail, office and industrial properties. Jeffrey works with local, national and international clients on real estate transactions throughout the United States.

Jeffrey served as law clerk to the Honorable Peter W. Kilborn of the Land Court Department of the Massachusetts Trial Court from January 1993 through August 1994.

Representation

Representation of national retailer in its continued roll-out of new stores throughout the United States

Represented a mid-Atlantic casino developer in connection with its high-end retail and restaurant leasing program

Represented private REIT in numerous retail leasing transactions for  its east  coast portfolio of open air shopping centers

Representing  owner of multiple buildings in historic Newbury  Street of  Boston  in dozens of retail leasing transactions

Representation of a major international financial services company in connection with the leasing of its portfolio of office and industrial properties

Represented a network solutions provider in the negotiation of its lease for a build-to-suit 175,000 square foot office facility

Representation  of  a shopping  center developer  in  connection with  its  acquisition, development, financing and leasing of shopping center sites throughout New England and the New York tri-state area

Represented the developer of a 500,000+ square foot power and life-style center; a 450,000+ square foot retail center; and a 300,000 square foot retail center, which representation included parcel acquisitions; drafting and negotiation of cross-easement and operating agreements; negotiation of ground and space leases with national big-box and anchor tenants, junior anchors, national restaurant tenants, and regional and local tenants; coordination with local and permitting counsel, project consultants and project engineers and managers

Represented self-storage facility developer  in  connection with  the acquisition  and financing of numerous facilities, including a portfolio of seven facilities
