Irina Nica is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s Corporate Group.

Prior to Brown Rudnick, Irina was a Student-at-Law at Stikeman Elliott LLP in Montreal where she gained experience on various corporate and securities matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She also worked on commercial real estate with a focus in secured financings, representing large clients in loan transactions with real estate collateral.

Prior to attending law school, Irina worked as an analyst in investment banking and as a research assistant at the Bank of Canada. While at McGill University Faculty of Law, Irina served as a Senior Editor for the McGill Journal of Law and Health and as a caseworker on the McGill Innocence Project.
