Harrison Freeman is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s Corporate Group.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Harrison worked as a legal intern at the Massachusetts Securities Division where he researched and drafted briefs detailing violations of the Massachusetts Uniform Securities Act. He was also responsible for reporting on certain agency rulemakings and worked on the Securities Division's comment letter to the proposed heightened fiduciary standard rule. While at Boston University School of Law, Harrison received his LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law and was the Managing Editor for the Review of Banking and Financial Law.
