Harrison Freeman is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s Corporate Group.

Harrison focuses his practice in advising private and public companies in the M&A, private equity, and venture capital space. Harrison has experience representing private equity funds and strategic buyers in many buy-side acquisitions, and has represented public companies issuing shares on public markets. Harrison has worked in Brown Rudnick’s New York, London, and Boston offices, and has created a niche practice focusing on international M&A.
