Hattie Chessher is an Associate in Brown Rudnick’s Intellectual Property group.

Hattie advises on all aspects of intellectual property, including disputes relating to trade marks, patents, design rights, copyright, passing off and misuse of confidential information. She has experience of general commercial matters, including those relating to breach of contract and corporate disputes.  She has had conduct of cases before both the Queen’s Bench and Business and Property divisions of the High Court of Justice, in addition to international arbitrations. Hattie has experience advising clients from a range of sectors, including creative industries, retail and technology, media and telecoms. 

Hattie has a Distinction in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Oxford,  and was awarded the highest marks in her year for both Patents assignments when completing that qualification.
